ComposiCoat XD

Zirconia's ComposiCoat XD floor coating system forms a composite layer which is chemically bonded to the concrete after an easy brush & roll application with minimal surface preparation. This new technology, developed from a late 1990's Rutgers University study of Roman concrete, is a great alternative to urethane mortar and urethane slurry systems commonly used in food & beverage facilities. Just like urethane mortar systems, the ComposiCoat XD system is unaffected by thermal shock during high temperature cleaning but carries with it additional benefits not matched by urethane mortar and urethane slurry systems.
